Their Tech support is worst. The executive doesn't know any tech details about your hosting. Every now and then the your files on the web server are virus infected and they suspend the account. They don't understand what is FTP server logs, and on the top of that they will call you a liar, and accuse you of uploading virus files to your own hosting server. Phew, worst experience ever.
Further inspection of your upload shows clearly that malware affected theme which is very insecure. Few days back your hosting account was suspended due to duplicate themes and plugins we have given the solution to solve this problem also we have unsuspended your hosting account twice with the warning,that issue should not get repeated again, you and your developer promised through an email mentioning that will not use again the duplicate themes and plugins. I would like to change my review which i was posted on yesterday regarding the service of Domain India. But the mistake happens from the client's end and they enter a wrong email id and that email id was cleared within a week and the client cannot access the verify link. And again change the email id and it takes some time. Sorry for the inconvenience caused and they provide us a very good service.
