i am quite happy with their team, i had to migrate my 3 servers and needed a cluster setup and bigbluebutton setup. They provided me cheap price and support team did a wonderful job Sandeep and Sanjay in particular!
All the positive reviews here are fake and posted by the company and their staffs themselves. This company is so poor in their services. Their customer support is non-existent. Customer support agent (or might be the owner himself) when reached, threatens customers and tries to blame the customer for server downtimes. Will never recommend this hosting provider to anyone!
Best thing I like about this company is they provide many type of plans which is an advantage for us to Choose from. Support system is quite satisfactory.
I purchased reseller hosting plan from hapih host and after sometime I was facing any tech issue soo raised a ticket for that and tech team was soo quickly resolved my issue and i was happy for their support.

It has been a smooth ride with them for me. All the technical support is transparent. Actually, I cannot rate their customer relation since i never had to deal with them, everything works fine. I have never received a complaint or experienced any problems about speed or acess to my site. The price is competetive and i feel i am gettinga lot more than what i have paid for.

I purchased 2 hostings in basic shared plan, created 2 websites. Their tools are good. Initially they were performing good enough.
But then, here comes the catch: They have a policy of 14 days refund. After almost 2 months, they shifted the hosting to a server which will annoy in all possible ways. It will always be dead slow website loading, frequent "503 server error" without any traffic, website not opening during certain period of the day, or in certain geographies etc. Overall you'll realize that it was a mistake to opt this service.
At that time, you cannot get refund, as 14 days are over. Then they will insist to purchase a higher, costlier hosting plan. If you request for cancellation, they will cancel the hosting (totally remove) without any refund.
I lost one client due to all this jargon. My other client is asking to find another better hosting. I'll have to migrate his website.
