i am quite happy with their team, i had to migrate my 3 servers and needed a cluster setup and bigbluebutton setup. They provided me cheap price and support team did a wonderful job Sandeep and Sanjay in particular!
All the positive reviews here are fake and posted by the company and their staffs themselves. This company is so poor in their services. Their customer support is non-existent. Customer support agent (or might be the owner himself) when reached, threatens customers and tries to blame the customer for server downtimes. Will never recommend this hosting provider to anyone!
First thing first, they serve the same quality of service in very cheaper rates and probably better service. And also have a customer care support chat/email/phone 24*7*365 and they actually respond fast. I sometimes regret for not knowing about this website before. Moreover this is an Indian Company and i heartily support them .
I am using their services from past 5 months and at first I was afraid due to their cheap price and worried about support as many companies who has cheap price has the worst support but hapih host team support is really very good and quick. Every time I contact them they help instantly and I'm really recomendating haiph host to all.
