I already use Jarvish Host for moths. Excellent user panel and customer assistance. The server is fairly good, and the technical support assisted me when I ran into problems.

Fake Invoices giving to Customer , NO GST Number No HSN Number and Not responding . When i raised a complaint they restricted my domian email . Given a written complaint to GST Commisioner regarding Collecting IGST illegally from customer. attched there invoice- No HSN and GST Number. Filling a Complaint to Consumber Court Also regarding Cheating for unable to login my Email account . So total 2 Cases will be there . I dont recommend this site any time it ll shutdown main reason IGST fake invoice -Check all your invoice no GST or HSN number in there invoice . I recomment to change all your domain coz it ll shut down soon

You sent me last day night 21st dec one invoice which dated last month 27th Nov.
Do you know the last date for filling gstr1 and gstr3b .
How come you can cancel my email id which i hosted on your site . Its very cheap mentality you are showing and uncultureless manner . And not evening picking calls or revert .
Any way lets show your all invoices to GST AUTHORITY . i dont think so this company ll.survive

This is a fraud hosting company in India. They will say money doesn't matter and activate the service before payment. Until payment they will response like a good support but sudden after payment done, this guy ( namely - " Hemant Singh") will start ignoring your chat messages, phone calls, or any kind of support. What he does is he blocks your phone number Or switch off his cell phone. I had paid INR.10,000 and after 1 week of service, I asked for refund. and he has blocked me now.. either he switch off phone or blocks your phone. I tried from different new numbers but he has blocked all numbers. DON'T TRUST THIS GUY. HE HAS LOOTED INR. 10000 FORM ME. I will report about him to the cyber crime department New Delhi, and Madhy Pradesh. I need support from you guys. I wan t my money back.

One Man show company - Need to think twice from support perspective
I chose this company because the reviews were attractive. This company is run by just 1 person, I took few of his services (Shared Cloud, VPS & Reseller) as Free & Paid trial for 1 month. The plans are surely attractive and when I initially chatted with Mr.Hemant, he was very supportive. He assured till midnight support. At the end of the my first month VPS, I wanted to upgrade my server to high end VPS / Dedicated Server and tried to reach him by various means but he kept ignoring me on both web chat and WhatsApp. Finally I had to drop everything and start a new server with another company. With respect to shared hosting, I use a service provider who has excellent server and loads lightning fast for WordPress websites compared to Jarvish Host.
Overall, not recommended for VPS & Custom solutions. If you are taking simple cPanel hosting, you might not face these issues.
I just take cloud server for trail and I feel they provide best cloud servers finally I will decide to use jarvish cloud permanent and I will recommend jarvish cloud to all with higky recommend and also no downtime
