I HAVE ORDERED A MONTH AGO DEDICATED SERVER AND EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT TILL NOW THEY SUSPENDED THE ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION THEY HAVEN'T SEND EMAIL OR ANYTHING THEY JUST SUSPENDED SERVER AND THEN THEY SAY WE HAVE SEND EMAIL WHICH THEY DIDN'T AND THEN THEY SAY WE CAN TERMINATE ANYTIME WE WANT IF THERE IS ISSUE, I PAID SERVER FOR 3 MONTHS AND THEY WON'T REFUND THE MONEY THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED FOR ALL AND GOOD BECAUSE OF SCAMMING PEOPLE AND STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE.

J'ai payé 3 fois un domaine par erreur et maintenant OVH refuse de me rembourser les sommes indues. Un échange interminable avec un service client qui ne veut rien savoir. Apparemment, j'ai payé pour le domaine de quelqu'un d'autre et donc ils ne peuvent pas me rembourser (ok : depuis quand peut-on faire des commandes pour le compte d'un autre client ?) Ils me disent que si je veux un remboursement, il faut faire une contestation auprès de PayPal. Donc 1) c'est relou pour moi, et 2) si ça marche, c'est l'assurance PayPal qui paye et non OVH ? Très classe et pas du tout malhonnête. Bref, une galère et des services pas franchement ouf non plus. A fuir !

Rozumiem, że mają płatny support, ale to jest jakaś tragedia nic nie można się dowiedzieć, szybciej się załatwi sprawę z botami niż z obsługa techniczną. Zero podejścia do klienta tylko klepanie formułek, które nawet nie pasują do sytuacji. Tak lakonicznych odpowiedzi nie uczyli nawet w starożytnej Sparcie. I nawet się nie tłumaczcie bo dostawców jest masa i nikt mnie tak nie potraktował jak Wy, a klientów macie tyle samo jak nie mniej. Skusiłem się tylko dlatego, że zawsze mieli w miarę tanie domeny, to myślę sobie, wesprę ziomeczków, a teraz przez ich architekutę i brak pomocy jestem w plecy.

Support w OVH to jakaś ŻART. ponad 2 tygodnie oczekiwania na podjecie zgłoszenia i nadal cisza. Nikt nic nawet nie raczy odpisać. Ale faktury bardzo dobrze potrafią wystawiać i kasować klienta. Szczerze ODRADZAM korzystanie z OVH.

They don't have a clear order confirmation process. I ordered a VPS with them and paid for it. There was a mistake in the address field so they cancelled my order without notifying me. I contacted them after 24 hours to inquire about the service and they said it was cancelled and that I'd get a refund in 9-12 days. My problem is they could have notified me about the mistake and let me correct it like every other company. But they decided to cancel the order and have me go through the whole process again.
