Lots of support to get set up in a rush!

I came to Flokinet for a tolerant hosting service that I feel likely to maintain my website and protect me from troll accounts who would abuse systems...

. The layout and system wasn't familiar to me, but with some customer service tickets I managed to get my setup in place (and corrected, since I did some things wrong), and some other odd problems solved very quickly and without drama. Viktor in particular came in clutch more than once for me, explaining what I did and how to go forward, including issuing refunds (in credit) for accidental overpayments I made. The price is good (biennually) for the service they provide and promised privacy features, and now that I'm setup and ready, I'm confident to use them in the long term! Go floki x

h others like Hostinger does. I took A2 Hosting's hosting package in November 2023 on a Black Friday sale but still got an expensive deal. I hosted my sites on their maximum limit of three subdomains. In August end 2024, I emailed them saying I wouldn't be renewing their hosting in November 2024 and deleted my credit card details from their site. Within 24 hours I got a bunch of emails saying my account had been terminated for violation of some TOS. Apparently, 9 months after I hosted my websites, they found evidence of phishing just after I had emailed them saying I won't be renewing in November. So as revenge they did not allow me to use their hosting services for the next three months although I had paid for 12 months. They are plain cheats and scammers. I regret using their services and plan on reporting them to regulatory and enforcement authorities.

Terrible Customer Service and Overcharge

I was overcharged by $800, and it took them three weeks to even respond to my inquiry. When they finally did, I was told there was a processing error ...

and promised a refund within 3-5 business days. Now, four months later, I still haven’t received my refund. Customer service continues to give me the runaround, offering delays and no real solutions. I’m now forced to dispute the charge with my bank. Absolutely awful experience.
