Knowing that I was expecting critical partners to be on our website any second, I reached out to my hosting company A2 as a last-ditch attempt to bring our site back from the dead. Even though I knew it was most likely not its fault at all, the A2 support team was willing to investigate. One of A2's terrific Support Professionals, Swapnil B., came back to me within seemingly seconds...amazingly with a full resolution. There was a plug-in that went rouge.
