Unreliable e-mail access

I have a been a customer for over 10 years with multiple websites. I have not been able to access my e-mail for my main website for over a month. Cust...

omer service says that my IP Address is blocked, but they can't explain why I do have access to my other website e-mail for my smaller websites AT THE SAME IP ADDRESS. Unfortunately, customer service questions are never answered by the same person, even on "replies". I have had to repeat my issue and attach the same screenshots multiple times per day. I still don't have a resolution and will not be renewing ANY of my sites with them. The amount of business that has been lost over not accessing my e-mail is unprofessional on a business level and unforgivable on an ethics level. I'm hoping that I can at least salvage some of my contacts before my "service" expires.

h others like Hostinger does. I took A2 Hosting's hosting package in November 2023 on a Black Friday sale but still got an expensive deal. I hosted my sites on their maximum limit of three subdomains. In August end 2024, I emailed them saying I wouldn't be renewing their hosting in November 2024 and deleted my credit card details from their site. Within 24 hours I got a bunch of emails saying my account had been terminated for violation of some TOS. Apparently, 9 months after I hosted my websites, they found evidence of phishing just after I had emailed them saying I won't be renewing in November. So as revenge they did not allow me to use their hosting services for the next three months although I had paid for 12 months. They are plain cheats and scammers. I regret using their services and plan on reporting them to regulatory and enforcement authorities.
