Lost a dot.com and got triple charged for 3 domains
Been with these guys for a number of years. Today I realized they had charged me for a dot.com that had expired plus they triple charged me for three...
domains. Customer service did not tell the truth about 'your case being investigated - we will be back to you today'. Lost a ton of cash over the dot.com expiring. These guys are Monday to Friday. Customer service is offshore so don't expect good English or help. Used to be good but having money taken (I'll say taken but really it is theft) with no contact despite calling and specifically asking if I will hear today is totally unacceptable. They overcharged me by $200AUD. Would 100% not recommend this company.
