These scammers tried to trick me into making several extra payments. Too buggy billing and account management.
They tried to make infrasructure based
... on set of local domains. At least 7 years they tried to manage build that but could not. Their cross-domain auth is horrible, everywere are incorrect redirects and errors. They themselves do not understand how it should work.
They force customer to create separate account for different domain (for example Helpcenter) and after that blame customer that something wrong with this account (without explanation). If you ask what's wrong support ignore you.
Their control panel does not provide adequate information about services, orders and payments. There is a separate list of payments - just amount, status and date. Also it is the separate list of orders and a separate list of services. It is impossible to find out which order the payment refers to and which payments were made for a specific order. It is also unknown which orders belong to which services. It is also unknown which subscriptions you have, at what prices and for which services.
If the service is suspended (mistakely recognized as unpaid after 5 days since last monthly payment), you cannot get any information about it.
When you try to delete the service, you get an undefined error.
When you ask for clarification - support ignores you.
You ask to get your data from an inactive VPS - support ignores you.
You ask to manually delete your VPS and account - support ignores you.
